This fodder hydroponic equipment is designed to address the long-standing challenges of forage shortage, especially in winter, and provide a stable, high-quality feed supply for livestock breeding with 250kg/day fresh fodder.
The core of this livestock feed growth system adopts advanced hydroponic technology, which enables soil-free cultivation of forage and significantly reduces water consumption compared to traditional planting methods — using only 3-4 liters of water to produce 1kg of fresh fodder, saving up to 90% water compared with conventional forage production. Equipped with a professional PLC control cabinet, the system achieves full automatic control of temperature and humidity in the cultivation chamber, ensuring the optimal growth environment for forage at all times. The precise control of environmental parameters not only stabilizes the growth quality of forage but also lays a solid foundation for fast growth.
To further accelerate forage growth, the system is equipped with special growth lights that provide sufficient and appropriate illumination for the entire growth cycle of forage. Under the combined action of hydroponic technology, PLC automatic control and growth light irradiation, the forage can complete its growth cycle in as fast as 7 days and be directly fed to livestock such as cattle, sheep, and poultry. This rapid growth cycle greatly improves the production efficiency of animal feed and effectively solves the problem of insufficient forage in winter and occasional feed shortages in daily breeding, breaking the restrictions of seasonal and environmental factors on forage production.
With a daily output of 250kg, the hydroponic animal feed equipment is suitable for small and medium-sized farms as well as large-scale breeding bases. It not only provides fresh, nutritious and pollution-free feed for livestock — retaining high levels of protein, vitamins and fiber to improve animal digestion and immunity — but also reduces feeding costs and labor intensity for breeders.
