Introduction for the line

Machine details

Wood crusher

(1) This system wood crush can crush the big diameter tree branch such as pine, poplar wood, filed mushroom, fresh wood, wood branch, wood chip, all kinds of straws into pieces like sawdust one time. It is also good for bamboo, grass, corn stalk, sorghum stalk and other fibrous materials.

(2) The machine is simple structure, compact, space-saving footprint, good crushing quality.

(3) Adopt belt transmit, blade cutting and hammer crushing together, crush raw material into sawdust directly, the granularity size can be adjusted by changing the sieve.

(4) It is not only be driven by motor, but also can be diesel engine according to the need of client.

Dryer

Working principle: In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.

It is special suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/ corn stalks and so on. It also can be used for drying the grain better.

The HGJ SERIES dryer has the feature of low cost and high efficient. It can reduce moisture from 40-45% to 8-12%.

Briquette machine

This machine can make sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other wood materials into briquette which can be used in boiler, heating & warming. After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal, used in BBQ.
Sawdust briquette press machine Working principle:

It is used a large screw to grind, compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. The natural lignin content in biomass is liberated with wood fiber under high pressure and temperature. In the briquetting process lignin serves as the glue and combines the particles of wood together, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into various moulds of high density briquette, such as hexagonal, quadrangular, square, etc. During this process, non-binder needs to be used.
