Application:

 This machine is upgrade type based on traditional type screw oil press, it’s combined with raw materials auto feed-in hopper, cake outlet, double vacuum filter and control box; It is widely used to press rapeseeds, cottonseeds, soybean, peanut, sesame, teaseeds, sunflowerseeds, palm kernel, etc

Advantage:

1.      Choose rods type pressing rods, which is with higher pressure in pressing chamber, higher oil extraction rate, and lower oil slags rate;

2.      Both hot press and cold press are available to meet different user;

3.      Pressing screw, rods, pressing shaft etc core parts all through carburization and hardening, so that with high wear-resistance;

4.      With loading conveyor which can load materials automatically and save labor;

5.      Match with vacuum filtering system, which can realize pressing and filtering same time;

6.      Inside feed-in hopper match with agitating auger, which can realize forced feeding and solve blocking materials problem;

7.      With control box which is more easier to control and operation machine;
