After the workers' two-week work, our feed pellet cooler has been completed. This particle cooler is used by the customer to cool the soybean meal particles. The granular cooler is composed of an inlet device, a distribution mechanism, a storage bin, a cooling fan, a discharge device, a shut-off fan, and a vibrating screen, etc.
To facilitate loading into 20-foot container, we disassembled the silo and marked them, so that customers could quickly assemble it upon receiving the goods. This loading method has saved the customers' transportation costs.
