NF15A Rice Polisher

Introduction:

The equipment is used for polishing brown-rice and refining white rice. It has the following features:

1. It uses a novel grooved emery-roller and specially designed wearing-resistant elastic roller to mill and polish different rice, so you can get high yield, low power-consumption, less broken rice and high quality finished product.

2. The gap between the emery roller and the screen can be adjusted according to the following conditions: grain’s features, requirements for finished product and emery-roller’s wearing-degree, so you can consistently ensure the optimum performance of the equipment.

3. The blowing mechanism is advanced. It has the following feature: large air volume, low rice-temperature, efficient separating bran from rice, no ejection of dust.

4. A control system is novel. It is able to monitor the flow of white rice, therefore you can adjust the flow promptly and accurately.
