Application:

Main feature:
1. The machine has stable transmission and no vibration, the longitudinal movement of the grinding head is stable, and the adjustment is convenient.
2. The reciprocating movement of the large slide plate of the roller grinding machine adopts the transmission mode of ball screw and linear guide rail, which has high precision and good stability.
3. The power of the machine is composed of 2 motors: 0.75KW for moving the grinding head (for driving the guide rail grinding head), and 2.2KW for the grinding head motor, which is compact in structure and small in size.
4. The roller and the grinding wheel are vertically ground, using a cup type grinding wheel for grinding, and equipped with a fine-tuning device for grinding wheel feed.
5. The body of the roller grinding machine is made of steel box structure. The whole machine is small in size, light in weight and good in rigidity, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
6. Use the special trolley for roller grinding machine to transport the roller grinding machine to the front of the equipment, fix it on the bottom seat of the equipment with the roller grinding machine bracket, and grind after adjusting the level.
7. Air sweeping and dust removal is added to the guide rail and lead screw of the grinding roller machine, which is used to clean the adverse effects of the dust generated during the grinding roller on the guide rail and lead screw.
8. The walking speed of the roller grinding machine is adjusted by a frequency converter, and the fast movement is adjusted to 50Hz, and it is adjusted to about 25-30Hz during normal operation.
